Meet the owners

 Hi, I’m Cougar, the owner and founder of LuxPro Home Services. I started LuxPro with a simple goal: to raise the standard for what it feels like to hire a home service company.

To me, great service goes far beyond doing quality work. It means answering the phone, communicating clearly, showing up when we say we will, respecting your home, and making sure you feel taken care of from the first conversation to long after the job is finished. I want every client we work with to feel less like a number on the schedule and more like part of the LuxPro family.

Outside of the business, family is my biggest priority. My wife, Sierra, and I have been married for five years and counting, and at the time of writing this, we’re just a few weeks away from welcoming our first little boy into the world. Building LuxPro has never just been about growing a successful company—it’s about building something I’m proud of, creating a great life for my family, providing opportunities for our team, and making a positive impact in the community we call home.

When I’m not working on LuxPro, you’ll usually find me doing something active. I love sports, basketball, surfing, getting outdoors, working on vehicles, and pretty much anything that gives me an excuse to get outside and have an adventure.

As LuxPro continues to grow, one thing I never want to change is the reason I started it. Client care comes first. Whether you call us for a simple window cleaning or trust our team to care for your property year after year, my goal is for you to walk away thinking, “That’s how a home service company should operate.”
